Yes we do! We have two showers on site that you can use after your treatment.
Do you supply us with water?
Yes, we have filtered water free of charge if you bring your own water vessel. We also have a variety of refreshments available to purchase from our fridge
What temperature does your Infrared sauna go to?
The highest temperature it can get to is between 70 degrees Celsius to. Please note we can alter the temp to suit your needs if you would prefer it to be lower.
Who shouldn't use a sauna?
If you are or suspect you may be pregnant we ask that you do not use a sauna. If you have recently had major surgery, suffer from a chronic illness we ask that you consult with your medical professional before using our sauna
How often should i use a sauna?
Everybody and every ailment is different and amount of uses can variate from person to person. Ideally as a minimum we recommend 1-2 times a week but if this is not possible just come as often as you can. It is totally safe to use a sauna daily if needed
